ONLINE ORDERS:
We Ship Worldwide - Including Indian territories, we accept international orders. All orders of international origin are exported from INDIA in accordance with the Export Administration Regulations. Diversion contrary to Indian Law is prohibited. All duties and taxes in your country, will be the responsibility of the customer.
PRODUCT PRICING & AVAILABILITY:
Prices for each product are published and maintained on this web site. All customers are able to place online orders on the site. Please contact our sales team, if you have any questions regarding our policies, pricing (subject to change without notice), and availability. In-stock items ship within 1 to 2 days. Items not in stock/pre-order (are marked) can still be ordered, but will be built to order, so they take 7–21 days to ship from the order date. Items not available at the end of 30 days will be cancelled and refunded/credited in cases of prepayment. The number of back-order days may be extended beyond 30 days at customer's request.
CURRENCY/PAYMENTS:
All Price and payments are in Indian Rupee (INR) and United States Dollar (USD) .
Currency may be selected as convenient on the web, from the drop down menu of Currency Selector. All payments are prepaid/100% advance.
SALES TAX (GST):
All orders shipped within INDIA will be charged GST (18% or as applicable depending on product). Octroi/Entry Tax/cess in any destination state, if applicable, has to be borne by the customer.
For International Customers Sales Tax is not applicable, however we are not responsible for any brokerage, customs fees, or your country duties/taxes for import. The actual value of all orders is indicated on the invoice, and restatements using lower values are not permitted.
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
All Shipping/freight charges and insurance will be prepaid by the customer, selected as per options available at the time of checkout. All sales are made FOB point (as defined by the INCOTERMS).
Shipment
Our warehouse is open and staffed Monday through Saturday 10:00AM to 7:00PM Indian standard Time (IST), subject to holidays. Orders are shipped only on these business days. Orders and correspondence received on Sunday and holidays will be addressed/shipped in the following working day.
Domestic Orders
Order ships thru the best courier depending on pincode service. Delivery may take 1-3 days for priority and 2-9 days for standard mode shipping anywhere in India . Online tracking number is provided for all orders.
International Orders: (Outside India)
We ship Worldwide thru EMS, Fedex, TNT, DHL. Shipping charges for all International Orders do not include the duty that is imposed by your country on import. The prepaid shipping charges do include brokerage of the shipping agency, but not any other fees that they may assess depending on the requirements of your country. International Orders are usually delivered in 4-16 days. Online tracking number is provided for all orders to track on the dedicated agency websites.

FREIGHT DAMAGE:
We are not liable for mechandise once left our premises, without insurance. Extra fee applicable for insurance or you may use your own commodity insurance. If you receive merchandise that has been damaged in transit, it is important to keep the shipping carton, packing material and parts intact. Please contact our sales team representative immediately to initiate a claim.
All disputes will be subject to Kolkata – India Jurisdiction.
